Transformation That Travels
From healing and storytelling to education and social change, our work explores how inner transformation shapes individuals, communities, and the world.

The programme at the heart of our work.
Healing Histories is a three-day, intensive, in-person group experience exploring the frameworks of inner work, First Principles, and the study of systems and consciousness. Participants examine the identities they've adopted, the beliefs they carry, and the histories that continue to shape their choices. Through this process, they reconnect with their deepest values, clarify their purpose, and cultivate a more conscious and intentional way of living.
A different setting for a deeper encounter.
Our overseas retreats take the work beyond daily routines and roles. Embodiment, guided exploration, stillness and group process give people space to notice habitual responses and practise new choices. A ten-day Japan retreat became the subject of Getting Off The Wheel.

Getting Off The Wheel
Ten individuals enter a ten-day Innerwork retreat across Kumamoto, Kōyasan and Awaji Island, Japan — confronting identity, conflict, grief and inherited patterns as they happen. Hun Ming Kwang, Dr. Gary Reiss and two Aikido masters guide parts of the experience.
Winner — Best Experimental Film & Best Feature Documentary, Luleå International Film Festival.
Chosen for consequential leadership work.
Innerwork Circle has supported executives navigating promotions, larger teams, cross-cultural dynamics and complex stakeholder relationships — spanning founders, corporate leaders, public-sector leaders and healthcare professionals.

Inner work also belongs in public life.
Dream Singapore brought coaching into a public campaign. ThisConnect’s Mask of Singapore gathered hundreds of mask portraits to talk about hidden identities and mental health. Threading Worlds carried the conversation into exhibitions and a four-volume book series published by Penguin Random House Southeast Asia.

Five Books. Advancing
