Begin with recorded lessons and self-paced learning activities. Revisit demonstrations as often as you need.
Train live with MCC faculty — 62.5 hrs
Two immersive three-day training programmes, centred on live practice and direct feedback.
Work with a mentor coach — 10 hrs
Mentor coaching over at least three months, developing your skills through observation and reflection.
Demonstrate your coaching
Submit a session for final performance evaluation at the PCC skill level to receive your Level 2 completion certificate.

Two pathways after Level 2 completion.
ACC pathway
Level 2 graduates may apply for ACC once they meet ICF’s requirements — at least 100 client coaching hours (75+ paid), and a pass on the ACC Exam.
PCC pathway
Level 2 graduates may apply directly for PCC once they meet ICF’s requirements — at least 500 client coaching hours (450+ paid), and a pass on the ICF Credentialing Exam.
ICF reviews credential applications and awards credentials directly. Programme completion does not itself guarantee an ICF credential.

Can I start before a live intake?
Yes — the first 62.5 hours run through the Hopper curriculum, so self-paced study can begin right after enrolling.
Is everything prerecorded?
No. Hopper is self-paced; the other 62.5 hours are live and interactive, centred on two three-day programmes with MCC faculty.
