Our impact

Our Impact

At the heart of every organisation, a handful of executives, individuals and teams hold the key to its success — not always defined by hierarchy, but by the risk they absorb and the value only they can deliver. In a business environment that isn’t getting any easier, sustaining that level of performance can’t be left to chance.

We start by baselining where energy is leaking and where performance gains are being missed, find the most important place to start, and build a Personal Readiness Plan for each individual.

Our purpose

Our Purpose

We exist to make inner transformation a catalyst for a more conscious world.

We believe the future of how we live, lead, relate and build depends on our willingness to question what we’ve inherited, challenge what we’ve accepted as normal, and reimagine what is possible.

Through innerwork, education and collective experiences, we develop people who create meaningful change not only in their own lives, but in the communities, organisations and systems they influence.

Our credentials

Our Credentials

Innerwork Circle is a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coach Education Provider, running an ICF Accreditation Training Programme in Singapore. We train high-impact coaches who understand the cognitive, emotional and physical readiness it takes to guide today’s leaders through their hardest milestones — blending process-oriented science with practical mastery across six domains: Executive, Business, Team, Performance, Leadership and Life Coaching.

Our Innerwork methodologies

Our Innerwork Methodologies

We draw on intrapersonal, interpersonal and transpersonal psychology — Process Oriented Psychology, Deep Democracy, Body Psychotherapy, Conflict and Crisis Facilitation, Systems thinking, Indigenous studies, Quantum Physics, Zen, ‘Dao’, First Principles, Consciousness and Embodied Awareness practices — to work with all the invisible and hidden dynamics that are shaping a decision, forming the pathways, driving the patterns we observe, examining a relationship or a team beneath the surface. It isn’t theory for its own sake. It’s the groundwork every other capabilities are built on.

Our Founder’s Story

Hun Ming Kwang (“Ming”) is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), advisor and human profiler.

For more than fourteen years, Ming has worked with founders, C-suite executives, family enterprises and institutional leaders across Asia — working through the system dynamics underneath decision-making: identity, relationships, incentives, culture and unconscious pattern, at the level of the individual, the team and the organisation.

His work spans leadership transition, succession, scaling, conflict facilitation, crisis management, alignment, peak performance and structuring high-stakes deals, across leaders and teams linked to Google, Salesforce, HubSpot, ByteDance, Samsung, Singtel, Unilever, P&G, Mastercard, Standard Chartered, Bank of America, Temasek, GovTech, IMDA, Keppel Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation, NUH, AIA, Great Eastern and Manulife, family offices, foundations and investment groups — integrating psychology, operations and systems.

Through Innerwork Circle, Ming builds leadership and coaching systems, executive advisory frameworks, conflict facilitation processes and immersive retreats. His work has reached over 50,000 people across Asia. He has over 10,000 hours of coaching and advisory experience, and has trained practitioners who went on to become internationally recognised coaches — including six ICF Master Certified Coaches.

His personal work extends into philanthropy, humanitarianism and social change. During the pandemic, he created ThisConnect — Threading Worlds and Masks of Singapore, using sensory art, film and public intervention to open dialogue on suicide prevention, mental health, identity and human connection.

He is the creator of the fourteen-season Clean Your Toilet podcast, host to raw, honest conversations on inner work, life and success; author of the four-volume Threading Worlds: Conversations on Mental Health, published by Penguin Random House; and executive producer of Getting Off The Wheel (2026), an award-winning feature documentary following a ten-day Innerwork retreat in Japan.
